Tired of repairing your old felt roof? It’s time for a longer-lasting solution.
At Willows Roofing & Building Services LTD, we specialise in replacing tired, leaking and deteriorating felt roofs with high-performance Firestone EPDM rubber roofing systems, using quality materials supplied by Permaroof.
Whether it’s a garage, extension, dormer or outbuilding, we provide professional flat roof installations across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Why Replace Your Old Felt Roof?
Traditional felt roofs can deteriorate over time, developing cracks, splits, blisters and leaks.
Rather than spending money on repeated repairs, upgrading to an EPDM rubber roof provides a durable, low-maintenance alternative designed to withstand the British weather.
Why Choose Firestone EPDM?
- 50+ Year Life Expectancy – EPDM rubber roofing systems have a proven life expectancy of over 50 years when correctly installed and maintained.
- Seamless where possible – Large, single-piece rubber membranes minimise joints and reduce potential points of water ingress.
- Weather resistant – Designed to withstand heavy rain, frost, UV exposure and changing temperatures.
- Low maintenance – No regular felt patching or bitumen coatings.
- Flexible & durable – EPDM expands and contracts with temperature changes without becoming brittle like ageing felt.
- A smart long-term investment – Avoid repeated temporary repairs and invest in a roofing system designed to last for decades.
Old Felt Roof Out. New EPDM Roof In.

The result? A smart-looking, watertight flat roof built to stand the test of time.
